K. A. Weiste Oy is both one of the leading and one of the oldest manufacturers of Christmas decorations in Europe – today the only one in the Nordic countries.

The company was founded in 1924 by school teacher Kalle Aimo Weiste and it has remained a family business to this day.

K. A. Weiste Oy is situated in Helsinki - halfway between the city centre and the airport - in a district called Pukinmäki. The company also has manufacturing and storing facilities in Veikkola and Hanko, both in Southern Finland as well. The company has currently about 90 employees.

We design and manufacture baubles, bells, tinsel, garlands, lametta, tree top stars, wreaths, candle rings and mini trees, which are marketed using the trademark Christmas Legend™. Our net of retailers is versatile and ranges from department stores, garden centres and hypermarkets to picturesque gift shops. In the last few years, we have had 36 export countries on the average, our main market being the core regions of Europe.

In addition to the manufacture of decorations, K. A. Weiste Oy carries out importation of other Christmas products, along with interior decoration articles, florist products and toys.
